Our Satisfaction Guarantee

Free Air Delivery. Prices include delivery to the funeral homes. Additional charges may apply. The first 20 miles of delivery is free after that then it is $2.95/mi for delivery charge.

Standard Shipping can take 24-48 hours and sometimes even 72-96 hours to deliver depending on weather or other transit delays. SkyCaskets.com is not liable and shall be held harmless for any shipment delays due to inclement weather, acts of God, acts of war, governmental action, work stoppages, cargo refusal and/or carrier delays. We can guarantee delivery of your casket order to most cities in the U.S. and your order will show up on time and intact (see our casket shipping policy). If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order placement Sky Caskets will work with you to remedy the situation.

At Sky Caskets we take pride in our customer satisfaction track record and we offer a Guarantee for all casket orders. When you place an order we will begin working immediately to determine availability for your area for the best delivery options possible.

Casket Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

Sky Caskets can work with you to make sure you get exactly the casket you are looking for. If you would like to exchange your casket order for a different model you will need to do so before it leaves our warehouse to avoid re-stocking fees and all shipping and handling charges incurred.

If after you receive your order and you would like to return, exchange, or cancel it for any reason, you may do so (provided there is no damage). Please contact our customer support team to discuss your options. If this is a cancellation, please send us a cancellation letter to orders@fastcaskets.com. You will be charged the shipping and handling costs to the agreed upon ship-to location, a $550.00 cost for the return shipment, plus a 25% restock fee. We must receive our casket back within 10 business days. If we do not receive the product within the 10 day period you will be charged 18% anum per day. If we still do not receive the casket within 30 days, we will pursue you criminally.

If this is an exchange you will be liable for all shipping and handling costs each direction the product moves. Those shipping costs will be discussed with you at time of exchange.

If you do a chargeback for the product and you do not return the product to us within the timelines as stated above, we will prosecute you criminally.

If you refuse acceptance of product and have the casket sent back to us without sending us a cancellation email, we will charge you 25% restock fee, shipping and handling costs to ship the product to you and then $550.00 to ship it back to us.

We cannot return custom orders such as head panels or custom painted or printed caskets as they are one off and made for a specific person. All sales are final on custom orders. We also cannot return, cancel, or exchange “Clearance” items. They are sold as is. We also cannot accept a used casket. By law if a body has been placed in a casket for any amount of time, it is considered used and cannot be returned for any reason.

All refunds due will be processed within 7 to 10 business days once we receive your product (provided there is no damage).

If your product is delivered with damage, please sign the delivery receipt marked “damaged” and then inform us and will work out the best remedy to fix the problem.

In the event that an outstanding balance is owed at time of purchase, Sky Caskets has the right to set up a recurring payment plan with the consumer to collect remaining balance.
